Withdrawing your balance from Bullets is quick and straightforward. We support a variety of withdrawal methods, including cryptocurrency, PayPal, and gift cards through Bitrefill. Depending on the withdrawal method you choose, your funds may be sent instantly or manually processed by our team.

How to Withdraw

  1. Open your Wallet.
  2. Click Withdraw.
  3. Select your preferred withdrawal method.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Confirm your withdrawal.
Your withdrawal will then begin processing based on the selected method.

Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

If you’re withdrawing cryptocurrency:
  1. Select the cryptocurrency you’d like to withdraw.
  2. Choose the correct blockchain network (where applicable).
  3. Enter your wallet address.
  4. Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.
  5. Confirm your withdrawal.
Once submitted, cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed instantly. Your funds will arrive in your wallet once the blockchain has confirmed the transaction.
Important: Always double-check your wallet address and network before confirming your withdrawal. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once they’ve been sent.

PayPal Withdrawals

To withdraw via PayPal:
  1. Select PayPal.
  2. Enter the PayPal email address you’d like to receive the funds.
  3. Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.
  4. Confirm your withdrawal.
PayPal withdrawals are manually reviewed and processed by our team. Most PayPal withdrawals are completed within 6 hours, although they may take up to 24 hours during busy periods.

Bitrefill (Gift Card) Withdrawals

Bitrefill allows you to withdraw your balance as a digital gift card from a wide range of popular retailers. To request a gift card:
  1. Select Bitrefill (Gift Card).
  2. Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.
  3. Confirm your withdrawal.
Once your request has been processed, your gift card will be available in your Transactions page under Withdrawals. Like PayPal withdrawals, Bitrefill withdrawals are manually processed. Most requests are completed within 6 hours, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.
